Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to all services, quotes, invoices, digital deliverables and project work supplied by Dixad Agency.
1. Services offered
Dixad Agency provides creative and digital business services including brand identity design, logo design, graphic design, website design, website development, ecommerce setup, landing pages, marketing creatives, digital advertising support, content direction, growth strategy and related consulting services.
The exact goods and/or services to be supplied for each client will be confirmed in the relevant quotation, invoice, proposal, written agreement or approved project scope.
2. Quotes, pricing and payment
All prices, deposits, payment milestones and balances are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Work may only begin after the required payment, deposit or written approval has been received.
Any additional work, revisions beyond the agreed scope, third-party costs, plugins, hosting, stock assets, paid tools, advertising spend or urgent turnaround requirements may be quoted and billed separately.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, brand details, content, images, login access, approvals and feedback required to complete the project.
Dixad Agency will not be responsible for delays caused by missing information, late feedback, incorrect content, third-party platform issues or delayed payments.
4. Project timelines
Project timelines are estimates unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Timelines may change when the project scope changes, when approvals are delayed, when content is not supplied on time or when third-party providers cause delays.
5. Revisions and approvals
The number of revisions included in a project will be confirmed in the relevant quotation or project scope.
Once a design, website, campaign or deliverable has been approved, further changes may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
6. Intellectual property
Final approved deliverables become the client’s property after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dixad Agency retains ownership of unused concepts, rejected drafts, internal processes, templates, source methods, pre-existing tools and strategic frameworks unless specifically transferred in writing.
Dixad Agency may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media or proposals unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before publication.
7. Website, marketing and platform results
Dixad Agency aims to provide professional work that improves brand presentation, communication and conversion potential, but does not guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings, ad approvals or platform results.
Third-party platforms such as payment gateways, hosting companies, search engines, social media platforms, banks and advertising networks have their own rules and approval processes.
8. Limitation of liability
Dixad Agency will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, downtime, third-party platform issues, client-supplied errors, unauthorised access caused by shared credentials or business decisions made by the client after delivery.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
