Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how Dixad Agency delivers digital services, files, websites, marketing assets and project outputs.

1. Digital delivery

Dixad Agency mainly supplies digital services and digital deliverables.

Completed work may be delivered by email, WhatsApp, cloud storage link, website handover, WordPress admin access, downloadable file, PDF, image file, editable design file or another agreed digital delivery method.

2. No physical shipping unless stated

Unless a quotation or invoice specifically states that physical goods will be supplied, Dixad Agency does not ship physical products.

If physical delivery is ever required, delivery fees, courier timelines and delivery responsibilities will be confirmed separately in writing.

3. Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the project type, agreed scope, payment status, availability of client content, approval speed and third-party platform requirements.

A project timeline starts only once the required payment has cleared and the client has provided the necessary information, assets, access and approvals needed to begin.

4. Client review and handover

Drafts, previews or staging links may be sent to the client for review before final delivery.

Final files, website access, handover documents or completed deliverables may be released after final payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delays

Dixad Agency will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by late client feedback, missing content, delayed payments, unavailable account access, third-party platform downtime, hosting issues, payment gateway delays or changes to project scope.

6. Acceptance of delivery

A deliverable may be considered accepted once the client approves it in writing, uses it publicly, publishes it, downloads the final files or does not request reasonable revisions within the agreed review period.

7. Support after delivery

Any support, maintenance, training, edits or updates after delivery will be provided according to the agreed project scope, support plan or separate quotation.
