Refund Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services purchased from Dixad Agency.
1. Service-based work
Dixad Agency provides creative, marketing, website and consulting services that involve time, planning, design, development, strategy and project management.
Because service work begins once research, planning, design, development or project setup starts, refunds are assessed based on the stage of the project and work already completed.
2. Refunds before work starts
If a client cancels before any work has started, a refund may be considered, less any payment gateway fees, banking charges, administrative costs or third-party expenses already incurred.
3. Refunds after work has started
Deposits or payments may become non-refundable once work has started, including research, strategy, design drafts, website setup, content planning, development, meetings, campaign setup or project management activity.
Where only part of the work has been completed, Dixad Agency may calculate a fair refund based on the remaining undelivered scope, less completed work and costs already incurred.
4. Completed work
No refund will be provided for completed, approved or delivered work, including final designs, websites, campaigns, strategy documents, digital files or consulting sessions already supplied.
5. Third-party costs
Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, plugins, paid tools, stock assets, advertising spend, payment gateway fees, subcontractor costs or external software are non-refundable unless the relevant third-party provider agrees to refund them.
6. Corrections and quality issues
If there is an error caused by Dixad Agency within the agreed project scope, we will first be given a reasonable opportunity to correct it before any refund is considered.
7. Refund request process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with the client’s name, invoice number, payment date, reason for the request and supporting information.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible, subject to banking and payment gateway processing times.
