Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
This Cancellation Policy explains how clients may cancel services, projects, retainers or bookings with Dixad Agency.
1. Project cancellation by the client
A client may request cancellation in writing at any stage of a project.
If cancellation is requested after work has started, the client will remain responsible for payment for all work completed, time spent, third-party costs and approved project expenses up to the cancellation date.
2. Cancellation before work starts
If cancellation is requested before any work has started, Dixad Agency may refund eligible amounts less transaction fees, administrative costs and any third-party expenses already incurred.
3. Retainers and recurring services
Monthly retainers, support plans, marketing management, maintenance services or recurring service agreements must be cancelled in writing according to the notice period stated in the relevant agreement or invoice.
Where no specific notice period is stated, at least 30 days’ written notice may be required.
4. Missed meetings and delayed feedback
Repeated missed meetings, late feedback, missing content, unavailable access or delayed approvals may delay the project timeline.
If a project remains inactive because of client delay for an extended period, Dixad Agency may pause the project and require a reactivation fee or revised quote to continue.
5. Cancellation by Dixad Agency
Dixad Agency may cancel or pause services if a client fails to pay, breaches agreed terms, provides unlawful content, behaves abusively, withholds required information or requests work that violates platform rules or applicable law.
6. Effect of cancellation
On cancellation, any unpaid balance for completed work, approved milestones, third-party expenses or time already spent becomes due immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
